Skill development courses (Soft Toys and candle making) for women inmates. Around 60 inmates are learning this course in the correctional home in West Bengal. Initially our instructors had to motivate and inspire them to learn skill development course for their own betterment. But now they are enthusiastic and eager to learn more, so we have opted for the advance course after the basic course ends. Now the items fetch revenue for both inmates as well as the authorities.

We are Pachim Bongo Society for Skill development (Ministry of Skill Development, West Bengal) approved training provider. Job oriented free skill development training centers at different block levels in districts in West Bengal with Govt. certification. Campus recruitment already going on for the outgoing batches with more than 80% placement record.
